No customer service!!

After successfully uploading tons of pics into this app, it now wont let me open it with the code Ive always used. So I sent several emails to the email address available, and no one will get back with me. Which means I need to delete the app, which also means all of my pictures will be deleted with the app!! Besides not being contacted back for this issue, I hate the option that comes up every time you want to get into the app that asks you to do a review, pain in the a**!! This could be a great app, but Ill never know since it wont let me in and the creator wont get back with me.
